Altruistic Loving Care provides residential and community-based services, including Residential Habilitation,Behavior-Focused Residential Habilitation, Personal Supports, Companion Services, Life Skills DevelopmentLevel 1, Supported Living Coaching, and Transportation.
Our staff assist individuals with daily living skills, personal care, meal preparation, householdresponsibilities, money management, community safety, social development, appointments, recreationalactivities, and other areas that support a meaningful quality of life.

Lashanta Thomas is the founder and owner of Altruistic Loving Care Inc. She is a healthcare entrepreneurand Health Information Management professional with experience in residential services, healthcareadministration, documentation, compliance, leadership, and person-centered care.
Lashanta earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management and an Associate degree inHealth Information Technology. She also completed practical nursing education and holds a diploma inMedical Assisting.
Her healthcare and educational background has helped her develop a strong understanding of quality care,accurate documentation, confidentiality, regulatory compliance, client rights, safety, and organizationalleadership.
Lashanta founded Altruistic Loving Care because she wanted to create a company where adults withdevelopmental disabilities receive more than assistance with daily tasks. Her goal was to create homeswhere individuals feel loved, respected, supported, and genuinely included.
She believes that every individual has unique strengths, abilities, interests, and goals. Her leadershipapproach focuses on helping people develop independence while ensuring that their health, safety, dignity,and personal rights remain protected.
Lashanta is actively involved in the operation of the company, including staff development, service quality,documentation, compliance, residential operations, client advocacy, and communication with families andsupport teams.
Her vision for Altruistic Loving Care is to continue expanding high-quality residential and community-basedservices while maintaining the personal attention and compassionate care on which the company wasfounded.
