Individualized Services
That Support the Whole Person

Altruistic Loving Care offers APD Medicaid Waiver services designed to help individuals live safely, buildindependence,
and remain actively involved in their communities.

Residential Habilitation

Twenty-four-hour residential support in a structured and caring home environment. Individuals receiveassistance with daily living, personal care, household responsibilities, community participation, andpersonal goals.

Behavior-Focused Residential Habilitation
Specialized residential support for individuals who may require additional behavioral assistance, structuredroutines, positive reinforcement, increased supervision, and coordination with behavioral professionals.
Personal Supports
Individualized assistance with personal care, daily routines, safety, household tasks, appointments,community activities, and other needs identified in the person’s support plan.
Companion Services
Support that encourages social interaction, recreational participation, community inclusion, relationshipbuilding, and the productive use of free time.
Life Skills Development Level 1
Meaningful day activities that help individuals strengthen social, recreational, communication, self-advocacy, and community-living skills.
Supported Living Coaching
Training and assistance for individuals who live in their own homes or apartments and need supportmanaging household responsibilities, budgeting, appointments, safety, and community resources.
Transportation
Safe transportation to approved appointments, activities, employment, day programs, community outings,shopping, and other authorized destinations.

Our staff provide instruction, encouragement, modeling, prompting, and hands-on assistance based oneach individual’s abilities.

Activities of Daily Living
Residents receive support with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, eating, housekeeping, and otherpersonal routines when needed.
Household Skills
Individuals are encouraged to participate in cooking, cleaning, laundry, organizing personal belongings,and maintaining a comfortable home.
Money Management

Support may include creating a budget, making purchases, understanding prices, saving money, keepingreceipts, and making responsible financial choices.

Community Inclusion
We help individuals participate in shopping, dining, recreation, volunteering, appointments, communityevents, and other meaningful activities.
Social Development
Individuals receive encouragement in communication, personal boundaries, conflict resolution, relationshipbuilding, and making safe social choices.
Personal Safety
Training may include emergency awareness, recognizing unsafe situations, knowing personal information,transportation safety, and requesting help.
