Direct Support Professional
Provide assistance with daily living, personal care, household routines, meals, community activities, safety,and individualized goals.

Behavioral Assistant
Provide behavior-focused support, follow approved behavior plans, document behavioral information,assist with skill development, and implement trained crisis-prevention strategies.

House Manager
Oversee household operations, staffing, appointments, documentation, supplies, resident routines,cleanliness, and communication with management.

Residential Supervisor
Support staff performance, scheduling, documentation review, compliance, training, quality assurance, andresidential operations.

Companion or Life Skills Staff
Plan and provide meaningful social, recreational, community, and skill-building activities.

Personal Supports Staff
Provide individualized personal-care and community-living assistance according to the person’sauthorization and support plan.

Transportation Staff
Provide safe and dependable transportation while following vehicle, documentation, and client-safetyrequirements.

Administrative and Compliance Support
Assist with records, scheduling, billing support, training files, audits, reports, human resources, andregulatory documentation.

General Employment Requirements

Requirements depend on the position but may include:
